1. Agreement

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to Damage Report and everybitworks.com, provided by Every Bit Works, Inc. By using Damage Report or this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use them.

2. App Store license

Your license to download and use Damage Report is governed by Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, unless a different license is presented in the App Store. These Terms supplement that license and govern the services and information provided by Every Bit Works.

3. What Damage Report does

Damage Report connects directly to Kalshi using credentials you provide and displays calculations and summaries based on account records returned by Kalshi. The app also lets you review and confirm supported credits from account statements and explore curated example data in demo mode. It is for personal reporting, record review, and informational purposes only.

Damage Report does not place trades, deposit or withdraw funds, manage a Kalshi account, act as a broker or investment adviser, or provide financial, investment, tax, legal, or accounting advice. You are solely responsible for trading decisions and for verifying information against authoritative account records. Calculations and CSV exports are not official brokerage or tax statements. Demo data is a curated historical example with selected losses omitted; it does not represent an unmodified account history or predict future returns.

4. Your responsibilities

You agree to use Damage Report lawfully, keep your device and Kalshi credentials secure, use credentials you are authorized to use, and comply with Kalshi’s terms and applicable law. You must not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer where prohibited by law, misuse, or gain unauthorized access through Damage Report.

Create your Kalshi key with read-only access. Never send your password or private key to Every Bit Works or another person. Import statements only from the account you connected and review credits before confirming. Your use of Kalshi remains subject to its account eligibility and regional restrictions.

5. Third-party services

Damage Report depends on Apple platform services and the Kalshi API. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, policies, or changes. Kalshi may change or discontinue API features, and those changes may affect Damage Report.

Damage Report is an independent product of Every Bit Works, Inc. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Kalshi. “Kalshi” and related marks belong to their respective owners.

6. Accuracy and availability

We work to make Damage Report reliable, but calculations may be incomplete, delayed, or incorrect because of software defects, incomplete history, market-data changes, API availability, rounding, or other factors. The app and website are provided “as is” and “as available,” to the fullest extent permitted by law, without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Every Bit Works and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, trading losses, lost data, or loss of goodwill arising from Damage Report or this website. Our total liability for claims related to them will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for Damage Report during the 12 months before the claim or US $50. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how Damage Report and this website handle information.

9. Changes and termination

We may update Damage Report, discontinue features, or revise these Terms. Revised Terms will be posted here with a new effective date. You may stop using Damage Report at any time. Leave demo mode, if active, and use Disconnect and Wipe Data before uninstalling to remove stored credentials and app-owned account data. Keychain credentials can persist after uninstall. You can revoke API access separately on Kalshi; disconnecting does not close your Kalshi account. See the data-removal instructions and Privacy Policy for details about exports, backups, and support records.
